Welcome to Day 7 of the "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge. Today's theme is "Expand".
In this meditation, the final day of the challenge, we embark on a journey of honoring endings just as we honor beginnings. Letting go of things that no longer serve us is a part of this process of expansion. Every experience we have is here to teach us something and help us as we continue to evolve into who we were meant to become. It's at the end that we can explore what it might feel like to no longer resist the pain of endings, but instead allow it to move through us and let go with love.
Day 7 journal questions to enhance your meditation experience: Responses don't have to be shared openly as they're for your own personal reflection.
1. In order to continuously evolve and grow, we must be willing to shed old layers in the process. What are some things (situations, relationships, etc.) in your life that have reached their expiration date and need to be released?
2. How do you currently handle endings and the process of letting go?
3. If you could use one word to title your life's next chapter, what would it be and why? What are you most looking forward to in this next chapter?
When you finish each day, please leave a comment under the video so that I know you've completed the day's challenge!
The "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge is a 7-Day experience that takes you on a journey through the self. For about 20 minutes each day, we'll focus on a unique theme that examines our emotions, thoughts and actions: how we are showing up for ourselves, others and the world. The challenge was designed for Mental Health Awareness Month (May) with a goal of bringing more awareness to our mental health. Meditation has many benefits that enhances your mental well being like calming the nervous system, reducing stress & anxiety, increasing your self awareness and more. Additionally, the hope is that this challenge will inspire you to begin or continue your meditation practice. Anyone can meditate. All you need is a willingness to get still, get quiet and go within.
