Welcome to Day 6 of the "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge. Today's theme is "Ground".
In this meditation, we notice the importance of staying connected to ourselves through humility and gratitude. By also anchoring down in the present moment, we become more able to fully accept and trust that we're right where we're supposed to be. We can then begin to have faith in the unseen: trusting that there are always miracles unfolding around us.
Day 6 journal questions to enhance your meditation experience: Responses don't have to be shared openly as they're for your own personal reflection.
1. Name three things that you're grateful for in this moment.
2. What makes you feel grounded and most connected with yourself?
3. There are times when things, people and situations can throw us off balance: resulting in us feeling disconnected from our true selves. What are some internal and external indicators that have shown you in the past or are currently showing you that it's time to come back home to yourself?

The "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge is a 7-Day experience that takes you on a journey through the self. For about 20 minutes each day, we'll focus on a unique theme that examines our emotions, thoughts and actions: how we are showing up for ourselves, others and the world. The challenge was designed for Mental Health Awareness Month (May) with a goal of bringing more awareness to our mental health. Meditation has many benefits that enhances your mental well being like calming the nervous system, reducing stress & anxiety, increasing your self awareness and more. Additionally, the hope is that this challenge will inspire you to begin or continue your meditation practice. Anyone can meditate. All you need is a willingness to get still, get quiet and go within.
