Welcome to Day 3 of the "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge. Today's theme is "Speak".
In this meditation, we explore the intricacies of honoring our highest self by using our voice to share our truth unapologetically, set healthy boundaries with others, etc. Communication is huge. Being able to speak up for ourselves and express our beliefs and values is empowering. And when we're able to boldly step into this power of being both vulnerable and assertive by using our voice, it not only unlocks our freedom, but it also invites those around us to liberate themselves as well.
Day 3 journal questions to enhance your meditation experience: Responses don't have to be shared openly as they're for your own personal reflection.
1. How does speaking up for yourself feel in your body? Empowering? Nerve- wracking? Scary?
2. Is there a current situation in your life that you know speaking up for yourself will bring you peace and clarity? What do you feel is hindering you from using your voice?
3. When we set boundaries with others, we also honor our highest self. Name three boundaries that are most important to you in this current season of your life.

The "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge is a 7-Day experience that takes you on a journey through the self. For about 20 minutes each day, we'll focus on a unique theme that examines our emotions, thoughts and actions: how we are showing up for ourselves, others and the world. The challenge was designed for Mental Health Awareness Month (May) with a goal of bringing more awareness to our mental health. Meditation has many benefits that enhances your mental well being like calming the nervous system, reducing stress & anxiety, increasing your self awareness and more. Additionally, the hope is that this challenge will inspire you to begin or continue your meditation practice. Anyone can meditate. All you need is a willingness to get still, get quiet and go within.
