This is the perfect meditation for releasing limiting beliefs and anything else that is not serving you on your journey. As we move throughout life, there are times when others will impose storylines upon us based on their own fears, insecurities, etc. There are also times when we impose beliefs upon ourselves as a result of certain circumstances that we have experienced in life. These limiting beliefs may sound like, "I'm unlovable.", "I'm not good enough.", or "I'll never be able to do that." The path to freedom is realizing that we do not have to be tied down by these beliefs any longer. Our minds are powerhouses and our reality is shaped by our thoughts. If we are to attract the things that we want, it's imperative that we release the beliefs that go against the very things that we desire. Popular poet, Rumi, reminds us that "what you seek is seeking you." A very simple, yet profound reminder that we always hold the keys to unlock the doors that lead to both our internal and external freedom.
