Welcome to Day 2 of the "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge. Today's theme is "Think".
In this meditation, we explore the quality of our thoughts. Every single day we're co-creating how our lives unfold by simply choosing what we focus on. What we bring our awareness to most, is what we experience more of. For example, if we fixate our perspective on gratitude, we'll discover the abundance and joy increasing in our life. When we focus on lack, we'll continue thinking of more things that we don't have. The mind is a powerful thing. It's always helping to shape our reality.
Day 2 journal questions to enhance your meditation experience: Responses don't have to be shared openly as they're for your own personal reflection.
1. On average, if your thoughts could be reflected as the weather, what would the forecast be? Sunny and bright? Cloudy? Dark? Remember to be kind with yourself for this assessment and try not to attach any judgement or shame to your reflection.
2. Can you recall a particular life experience that has shaped the way that you think?
3. In what areas of your life are you mostly optimistic about? In what areas do you feel a shift in perspective can help change your reality?

The "Mind Magic" Meditation Challenge is a 7-Day experience that takes you on a journey through the self. For about 20 minutes each day, we'll focus on a unique theme that examines our emotions, thoughts and actions: how we are showing up for ourselves, others and the world. The challenge was designed for Mental Health Awareness Month (May) with a goal of bringing more awareness to our mental health. Meditation has many benefits that enhances your mental well being like calming the nervous system, reducing stress & anxiety, increasing your self awareness and more. Additionally, the hope is that this challenge will inspire you to begin or continue your meditation practice. Anyone can meditate. All you need is a willingness to get still, get quiet and go within.
