A Yoga Flow For Splits
Here We "Flow" Again

Curious about how to increase your flexibility for getting in and out of splits? This fun flow will help get you there. In this class we work on front splits, standing splits and straddle splits. Let's have some fun! But most importantly, be patient with yourself and remember that increasing flexibility takes time.
This is an all levels class, meaning it is accessible to everyone, no matter if it’s your first or fiftieth time on the mat. However, all levels does not mean it won’t be challenging. This class will challenge you. You will feel something. If we don’t challenge ourselves, we don’t invite opportunities for growth. That said, go at your own pace. Take care of yourself. Remember that you are your own best teacher. Rest in child’s pose when you need it. Towel off when you need it. And most importantly, stay with your breath. The breath is the essence of our yoga practice. If we aren’t breathing, we aren’t practicing yoga.
Be sure to have your props that you like to use at home before you begin as well: blocks, straps, etc.
