Who says you can't get a solid butt workout in your yoga practice? Join me and let's bake those buns together baby! Feel the burn in the lower body as we tone and tighten both the legs and glutes.
This is an all levels class, meaning it is accessible to everyone, no matter if it’s your first or fiftieth time on the mat. However, all levels does not mean it won’t be challenging. This class will challenge you. You will feel something. If we don’t challenge ourselves, we don’t invite opportunities for growth. That said, go at your own pace. Take care of yourself. Remember that you are your own best teacher. Rest in child’s pose when you need it. Towel off when you need it. And most importantly, stay with your breath. The breath is the essence of our yoga practice. If we aren’t breathing, we aren’t practicing yoga.
Be sure to have your props that you like to use at home before you begin as well: blocks, straps, etc.
